Terms of Service Agreement

_{Note: Please take the time to read through the Terms of Service Agreement, this will act as boundaries and protects both the Artist and Client.
By commissioning the Artist, Client agrees to the following terms:}

1. Engagementa. Clients must provide clear instructions and reference materials when requesting commission. This include but not limited to the theme/concept, poses, skin color, body type, color schemes/palette, gender and any intricate details if there's any. This does not apply to Skeb commission type.
b. Clients must provide a verified email address and social media username for verification to protect myself from scams.
c. I do not accept any generated AI as reference materials.
d. I reserve the rights to refuse any commissions based on the clients subject, concept, content or other reasons.


2. Timeline and Processa. Commission work completion requires 2 weeks (minimum) and may take 4 weeks to months depending on each project.
b. Timeline depends on commission type and complexity.
c. I will provide updates and seeks the clients feedback voluntarily.
d. The commission work will be in JPG and PNG at 300 DPI provided by me, sent using Vgen platform or any agreed social media accs.
e. I can send a timelapse or CSP/PSD file if the client requested.
f. I will inform the client if there will be delays and adjustment to timeline.
g. Rush commissions are not accepted.


3. Revisionsa) Unlimited revisions and modifications are accepted only during the sketch phase.
b) After the sketch phase, only minimal revisions are accepted.
c) Should I overlook any mistakes, do not hesitate to communicate. Correcting mistakes are not charged.
c) Additional charges to excessive revisions during rendering process may be required.
d) Revision may affect progress and timeline.
e) Clients may not edit the final commission product unless approved by the Artist.


4. Communicationa. Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project. This includes the work in progress, idea discussion, collaboration, situational, updates and more.
b. Clients warrants to be fully involved and responsible in decision making and approvals.

5. Rights and Usagea) Personal Use only.
b) I can post any finished or WIP commission works in social media or in online portfolios. The Client may notify me if they wish to keep the commission work finished or not as confidential.
c) Do not feed the commission or any of my work to AI.
d) Do not remove the watermark. Client may request for a file without watermark to use for personal use such as wallpaper.

6. Payments and FeesI. Commission work will only start after the payment is settled, unless I agreed to a deal proposed by the client.
II. Full payment and 50% payment before the sketch phase is accepted, half of the fee must be settled before the commission sent.
III. Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when I’m ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests.
IV. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours to secure slot.
V. Prices are in USD for Internationals and PH for locals and paid via Kofi, PayPal, Vgen payment and GCASH (local).
VI. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
VII. Once commission has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges commission works are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

7. Cancellation and RefundsI. Refunds are not allowed in the case of client’s unsatisfaction with the finished commission.
II. Clients has the right to request refunds 1 month after deadline If commission work is not delivered and there is no agreed upon the amendments to the timeline.

8. Confidentialitya) The Artist and Client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information) outside of the development of Commission work, that will not be visible to the public, shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.


9. Acceptancea) The Client is 13+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
b) Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.
